Custody Of AAM MP Sanjay Singh under E.D. Extended to October 13 In Liquor Policy Case

The Delhi Court on Tuesday extended the custody of the AAP MP Sanjay Singh till October 13 in Money Laundering Case of Delhi Liquor Policy.




AAP MP Sanjay Singh was was arrested on October 4 after being questioned for 10 hours by the Enforcement Directorate in regard to money laundering case to the Delhi Liquor Policy. He was the third person so far yet to be arrested by the ED in over a year after Manish Sisodia, the former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and Satyendar Jain for different case.


The Delhi Court observed on Tuesday while extending the custody of MP Sanjay Singh observed that the sustained and the custodial interrogation of Sanjay Singh "appears to be necessary" to trace the complete trail of the amount he received and also other activities relating to it.
